Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try the Aldren Filtered Shower Head for 90 days. If you're not happy with it for any reason, we'll refund you. You don't have to send it back.
How it works
- Email us at support@aldrensupply.com within 90 days of the day your order was delivered.
- Include your order number and the email you used to order.
- We'll confirm your refund within 2 business days.
- Your refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
What we refund
The full price you paid for the shower head.
One refund per customer
The guarantee applies to your first order of a product. If you've already received a refund from us, we may decline a second one on the same product.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or something isn't working, email us with your order number and a photo if you can. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. This is separate from the 90 days and has no time limit beyond your first 90 days.
Replacement filter cartridges
Cartridges bought separately after your first order are not covered by the 90-day guarantee. If one arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
Before you dispute a charge
Please email us first. We reply fast and would rather fix it directly than have you go through your bank.
